Our Programs
We focus on what we know works: structured trauma recovery and community empowerment. Everything else — ethical leadership, governance, civic renewal — flows from that foundation.
Phase One: 2025–2026
Building scalable pilot hubs in West and Southern Africa to deliver integrated healing, leadership, and empowerment programs.
What We Focus On Now
These are our current active programs — what we deliver today, tested in Togo and now being taken to South Africa.
Togo, 2025Structured cohort-based healing sessions that give communities a shared language for their wounds and a pathway to recovery. Piloted with 2,000+ participants in Lomé, Togo.
Active ProgramStructured healing and civic empowerment programs for women, addressing the specific burdens many African women carry — from historical trauma to systemic exclusion.
Active ProgramEquipping young Africans with emotional tools, identity clarity, and leadership foundations before they enter positions of influence.
How We Approach It
Healing is not a standalone program. Our work is delivered through a set of lenses that shape everything we do.
We treat emotional health as infrastructure, not an add-on. Lasting community change begins when individuals have language for their inner lives.
Leaders who govern well are leaders who have done their own inner work. We develop that capacity alongside practical leadership tools.
Our programs are embedded in communities, not delivered to them. We work with local facilitators, in local languages, to ensure relevance and ownership.
We help participants reconnect to public life — understanding their rights, their responsibilities, and their capacity to shape the institutions around them.

Bridging community-level healing with institutional reform. Planned for Phase Two in partnership with civic and government bodies.
Bringing our ethical leadership framework into the workplace — supporting organizations that want leaders of genuine integrity.
Extending our reach through digital tools and platforms, particularly for communities where in-person delivery is not yet possible.
2026 Impact Targets
By December 2026, Heal Africa Group aims to directly impact approximately 3,800–4,000 individuals, with secondary reach of 15,000–20,000 community members.
